The employees are helpful and knowledgeable, but seem to be short staffed compared to the volume of customers coming in. I watched them clean the earphones by spraying cleaner in the vicinity of the earphones and they do not wipe them down, so the cleaner does not actually contact and clean all surfaces. But they may have been in a rush, as they were trying to clean while handling a full room of students. Layout in testing area is cramped compared to other testing facilities I’ve been to, where the walkway between rows is small and I was constantly bumping feet with the person in front of me (and I’m only 5’ tall). It appears pushing people through is a higher priority than sanitation and distancing. They’ve address the noise issue, which was a problem in the past, so now it’s easier to focus on the CBTs.
