This is an exceptional hotel with an outstanding staff! Ben checked in 37 of us in record time. Ben is polite, friendly, and extremely personable. He was our main contact for our 3 day stay. Great employee and a fantastic example of customer service in top form. The hotel was clean and well taken care of with all the modern amenities. We will stay here again when we return to see more that the area has to offer.

Best Western Covered Bridge Inn BRAZIL, INDIANA - 25 FEB - 26 FEB Well signaged from the Interstate 70. Not far from the highway, but quiet. Very friendly and helpful male receptionist. Coffee 24/7 in the reception, and also in the room. Excellent, seemingly new large rooms, perfect cleaned. Firm and comfortable bed, working desk, fridge, microwave - everything traveler needs. The hotel also cares for the environment and has large bottles with shampoo, conditioner, hand - and body wash dispensers are installed in the bathroom. The DOWNSIDE: Internet reception was non-existent. Every other minute it stopped for a while and then stopped completely for the evening, the night, and in the morning until I left. As I had a deadline to email an article and also needed to search for next day's route and download a map for the long trip I had to take this day. To make it even worse: The walls are paper-thin, I could hear all the conversations from neighboring rooms.

Positive: It was clean. Beds and comforters were comfortable. Breakfast was very good! Negative: The bathtub. Tried to take a bath but u can't lay back in it because there's no "lip" around the bathtub to do so.

Travel nurse- I always stay here when on assignment in the area. Front desk Ben is amazing and super friendly! Rooms are always super clean and nice hot water. I wish the water pressure was a little better but that can't really be helped. Also some grab and go breakfast options would he great. I leave my room really early. I was told there are to go bags but there weren't any out when I left so maybe I was too early. Walls are a little thin. I could definitely hear my neighbors conversations and TV but again can't really be helped. They weren't being loud so it was fine. Always a pleasure to stay here!
