horrible service. storage facility was great when it was allstate but horrible now that it was taken over by life storage without notice. manager ELYSIAN is extremely rude and condescending and doesn’t adhere to the current lease agreement i have when they have to give a 30 day notice to make any changes. elysian would not provide me a phone number to anyone above him or even a corporate phone number, said he was the highest up which is such a lie. life storage is 100% a SCAM! i highly recommend renting elsewhere. avoid at all costs!

Great deals, nice office staff, units are well kept, cooled areas could be colder, no elevator for second floor. Kind of hard to find
