Came here to leave a review and saw exactly what I expected to see. A bunch of terrible reviews about the post office worker Eddie. What an unbelievably rude and miserable individual. Called my husband a “wise ass” after he misunderstood what he was asking of him. I was there for an hour figuring out our passport appointment and he spoke horrifically to every person that walked through the door. Says he’s been here 30 years. My condolences to anyone that ever had to encounter him in that time frame. Time to retire.

Had a conformation email from USPS confirming my hold mail request. Neighbor was kind enough to collect the mail that was delivered each day.Class act all the way.

The gentlemen at the Oceanside post office are so lovely and helpful. They are always patient with me and ensure I have everything I need. Thank you for always being a bright spot in the community ☺️

Oceanside post office branch manager- she was not accommodating at all. My wife and infant waited there for over an hour for a passport appt at 245. I was running late and they would not get started or even help me or my wife by rescheduling an appt- Keep in mind it is hard enough with a baby and schedules change and people should be more flexible- She was very ghetto. She was pointing her finger at me and my wife- This was very unprofessional. She had no decency to give her full name. All we were told was "honey" I don't know how nowadays someone could manage a post office with such disrespect for customers.
