Stopped coming here for a little bit because I moved but I recently started going back and I don’t like it. There is a younger girl with blond highlights who rushes you out the door. I asked for a design and a lady who walked in after me started getting her designs done first. Red flag I left to come back the next day and she did my design but rushed it and slapped cuticle oil on my fingers and not my cuticles so busy trying to rush me out of the door. They also hound you for tips. If I tip one person they try to convince you to tip almost all the workers. Won’t be going back, she clearly did anything to my nails. Feet still hard after pedicure. Had to add that two nails are broke in less than two weeks. Hollywood has really downgraded

After being a loyal customer for over 4 years I was more than annoyed with their lack of transparency in pricing changes during covid. When asked why my regular acrylic nails were the same cost as an ombré set (which is usually more expensive) I was told because my nails were long (they aren’t even an inch in length)but their pricing sheet on the desk at the entrance said $25 so there’s no way length adds an additional $25 bucks. Need less to say when my nails tech said see you later I said see you never. This is exactly how you lose a loyal customer. So please ask them upfront what the cost of the services you want are before letting them work on you bc it’s not what’s on the service menu.

Nails looked as if it was rushed. Only take cash, place was small and a bit ghetto. I guess this is the reason for cash only.
