Front desk/managers are SO rude when they have to help people over the phone. If it inconveniences you to help your customers & to make money for the company you are at… get a new job.

Not the best Best Western. But it lives up to the name well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Has semi parking and is easily the best hotel in Pontiac.

It's a great place to stay. You get treated so many ways you have to like one of them. We visits two/three times each year and always stay at Best Western in Ponitac, Illinois

Is this hotel within walking distance to any restaurants? What if any attractions are within walking distance?

There's at least one restaurant across the street and just a little way down. Don't know of any attraction within walking distance.
