Came in to test an alternator. Waited in line patiently just to be met with an employee by the name of Jamal. Not only was he dragging his feet around but was completely rude. Gave us attitude about having just spoke to another store about our part (this store was the only one with the adapter) and then proceeded to tell us we HAVE to wait. I Stated i just finished waiting through the line, he said he had to clear the line. He had 3 other associates with him. He just didn’t want to do it. A employee by the name eziquio stepped in and assisted us. As he was helping Jamal passes by looks at his fellow employee and “like see we don’t even have the part.” (They did but the rod wouldn’t fit) eziquio was a great help. Jamal on the other hand just caused this location a bad review.

I walked in for oil, spark plugs and coolant. The man helping was so greedy in making a sale that he scanned 2 Lucas gas treatments and dielectric grease. When I asked him why he did that he said it would help with the tune. I had replied that I didn't need the items and that I would like for him to take them off, he proceeded to argue with me to the point where I said the 10$ isn't even worth it. I had to come back 20 minutes later because he gave me the wrong spark plugs and he continued to argue saying I gave him the wrong engine size even tho when we both looked at the screen the 2.4 was the only 4 cylinder engine on it. He wouldn't admit that he was wrong and continued to say that that's not what I told him earlier. Bad practice overall

Four people working that I could tell, one young kid working the desk, five people in line more walking around. Kid says I need to ask one of my mangers. One walks out says "I'm going on break" leaving the other customer waiting with disdain in his face. I waited another 10 mins then left with no purchase and more people walking in the door. Everytime at this store. I would be fired at my job for this lack of customer service
