Sent a Home Health Aide to our house without notifying us. She admittedly said that she doubted she would be my mother's health aide since her schedule was full and she didn't know why they sent her. She wasted an hour and a half of our time learning my mom's routine although she didn't perform any services. Then we were charged 36.00 for this mistake!!

We are now in week 6 of a pandemic. I felt I had to write this review. We've all heard so much about front line workers and essential workers. I just had to say THANK YOU to Caregivers America !! Even during this horrific, historic time, the caregivers still come to take care of mom. They haven't missed a shift! And, kudos to the Allentown office for providing the caregivers with masks and gloves. They even have masks for mom! Thanks Again ! Gabby Hess

Thank you to CareGivers America . The Allentown location took care of us because mom lived in Easton, in Northampton County. The girls in the office were very accommodating. We kept changing our schedule because family would come to stay. The office girls were so supportive to us. The caregivers they sent were very good too. It is because of all these people that we were able to give mom her wish to pass away at home. Thank you.

I called the office in Allentown. They put me in touch with Mary Ann. She was wonderful. She told me about all the options there were to pay for their service. I especially liked they will come for 1 hour. My brothers and I are so glad we chose this agency for our parents. They exceed our expectations.
