Positive: Nothing Negative: Staff was rude, not enough towels and when I asked house keeping there like were running on a full house you will have to wait. Our room was not vacumed good. My boyfriends sons room had dirty underwear in there room with mouse droppings and dirty towels.

I stay at the Schererville HIE quite a bit, and it’s a great hotel as far as quality staff and clean rooms. I am always greeted at check in by great ambassadors to the Holiday Inn Express brand. Usually Sam or Allison always make sure my room is ready and always try to get me in a room set by my room preferences. Dana has been awesome to work with regarding my many stays. The breakfast offering is very good, and the staff always makes sure there is plenty of options to choose from.

I had been traveling since 7am. Flew into O'Hare, rental car for an hour and a half and arrived at this hotel at 1:30. I asked to check in to wash the airport off of me and was told "no". That they were full and had no rooms. I remarked that there were only 3 cars in the parking lot (one was mine and another was the hotel van). She stared at me and said "come back at 3" and turned her back. I should have stayed at the Staybridge Suites across the street. Perhaps they would have been nicer.

I stay in many hotels for both work and pleasure. This hotel is by far one of the best. The hotel staff is the nicest and most accommodating. The free breakfast is superb. The staff really gets to know you and welcomes you back like an old friend.
