Can in for WIC assistance as unfortunately I could use some help. The guard asked me what I was looking for and I said WIC, he then asked me why. Going in for assistance is embarrassing for a lot of people including myself. I almost left just after that. Needs to be way more welcoming.

This place is an absolute pathetic disaster. The building and the kids playground needs a deep cleaning. Weeds all in the play area need to be picked. It's so dirty. The employees are rude ignorant and need a class on how to be respectful. Left there wanting to punch someone and had to shower after I got home bc I felt so dirty

I had a great experience at Floyd I Hudson State Service Center for my Covid-19 testing. The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. There was no wait, the process was very efficient and I was in and out in less that 15 minutes. Thank you Delaware for providing this free service.
