I am updating my review on this business! The male business owner is absolutely horrible! He embarrassed me in front of the entire staff and customers! I simply asked him to help pick out a nail color. He stated he wasn’t going to help me. I then made a small joke to his wife Jasmine about him reminding me of my husband and not really having a good sense of humor. All completely innocent and not in any kind of mean way. He literally jumped up and said get out of here! You’re getting out! I asked Jasmine if he was serious and she wasn’t allowed to speak! He said don’t talk to her and that he makes the decisions! Get out he said again! He is the reason this business isn’t doing well! My grandmother and her friends stopped coming to this shop because of his same bad attitude towards paying customers. I absolutely adore his wife and other staff. But he can’t verbally come after his customers. I’m hopeful he improves how he treats people! He can’t just continue to degrade people! When you go for a relaxing spa day and get verbally attacked, you’ll definitely have a horrible experience! I’m still in my car crying and having an anxiety attack! I recommend going somewhere else!

Firstly I have been to this salon 4 times. I tried to make an appointment and the owner basically said “oh our appointments are reserved for our regular customers” after I told her off she made me an appointment and I went and I still sat there for at least 1 1/2 before they even got to me. They let the regulars just walk in and they take them first. Which is not fair if I’ve made an appointment. Secondly they have a girl that does toes that moves so slow! Takes her forever. Thirdly they can only do basic paint and design. And he husband is will basically talk your head off the entire time he is doing your nails. They will tell you if you had a design that it’s too difficult or nobody does this style anymore because they can’t do it or just trying to get out of there early! I would not recommend this salon if you are a new customer!!!

Very Rude Owner. Tried to make an appointment for today. She said I could make one tomorrow You can call back or walk in today but can't make an appointment. I made an appointment with Alberto for tomorrow. I told her she was "snippy"/rude. She said she wasn't. I.said you were rude last time I called. I am a new customer and I don't understand why I can make an appointment tomorrow but not today. She said that is the rules. We hung up. She called me back and said not to come in tomorrow and Hung Up!
