During the late (9:30pm-midnight) night or early morning, is a little bit better with a less crowd. The staff is very helpful as well as keeping the facilities clean.

It's ok. It's better now they have new machines and a new laundry card system. You don't use quarters anymore. Cash, credit or debit. Then you get a re-loadable laundry card. Sometimes they ran out of quarters because the owners were too dam lazy to come in on weekends to make sure quarters were available in the change machine.
