Alliance dental staff and Dr, Gaskin are great" the staff greets you as you enter, and they are very respectful Dr, Gaskin always explain the proceeded before hand, and as he doing the dental work he takes the time to tell you as he's working on your teeth, thank you to Dr Gaskin and all his staff for all you do.

My visit's have been great I've been going to alliance dental for 2yrs, the worker's are very nice and dr Gaskin does a great job on my teeth, he's very patient and always tell you step to step what he's doing" he's also gentle on the mouth, if your looking for companion caring and some one to care with no waiting when you have a schedule appointment I say this is it, thankyou dr Gaskin, and staff for doing a great job

Go somewhere else. They said I didn't confirm my appointment, which I did. I didn't find out they cancelled my appointment until I showed up for my fillings. Seriously, not even a courtesy call or text to let me know you cancelled my appointment? Thanks a lot, my car is in the shop and I wasted $40 taking an uber there and then home again for nothing. Edit for the business's response. Yes, your policy for confirming appointments is clear, that is why I confirmed my appointment. My appointment was cancelled anyway, without anyone reaching out to inform me. Regarding your "4+ attempts" to reach me, I was called once and then texted only once to confirm my appointment. I responded to the text to confirm my appointment. There was no further communication after that. I have never been to any other medical practice before that does not reach out to inform you of cancelations.

If I could warn anyone away with a lower than 1-star I would. I called complaining of pain after a few fillings one day last spring. The said there was nothing they could do although I called during the correct hours. When I visited next they said I was no longer a patient there. Then at my next dentist I was asked why my last dentist added a note that I had been dismissed for missing too many appointments. She said that I wouldn't be accepted except for the fact that the new e-ray's showed that the previous dentist at Alliance Family Dental had put a filling on top of a cavity that he said he replaced after doing work inside the tooth. She said obviously there was pain and I told her that I have never missed an appointment in my life.
