Drug court is a joke. They do not listen to the ppl who are in there in front of the judge. They seem to know You better and what your needs are then you do. Havent been in drug court in 4 years and im doing what i knew i needed then. They didnt listen a word i said. They just wanted me in rehab. I didnt need rehab i needed metal health. So 4 yrs later here i am unemployed have a family i cant provide for bc of my metal health. I told demarco this that man did not care he decided to make me state property. If that man really does care maybe he should listen to the defendant more then those case managers who think they know what they are talking about. Im truly grateful for going to prison i wished i did prison instead of signing my life to ppl who pretend they care when in reality they really dont. My advice is go to prison and get it over with that way when your done with it you can get the help you truly feel you need just like i did. Im not mandated to go to mental health by any court system. "Thank god" so when you see someone on tv that is patting himself on the back for a job well done bc there is a new court in town. It really is a joke. All im saying is if they gave me the help i knew i needed then i probally would not be in the position im in today 4 yrs later
