My Mom was admited to the hosptial at UMMC (part of Rochester Regional Health) and she was taken to a regular floor after a few hours in the emergency room. Hosptial staff are friendly and really care about the patients that they get. If you dont want to wait for a room at a hosptial, UMMC is the place to go. Hospital is clean. No concerns.

My wife went here last night to check the abrasion in her cornea checked out to see if it reopened or it was just irritated or to even get it numed so it didn't hurt any more but they all refused to sit there and do anything!! They just told her to call the eye place next door!!! If her eye gets worse believe me it's not gunna me good for this hospital

Everyone I've had contact with has been super nice and helpful. I'm sorry you came across someone that was having a bad day. My husband was in there for a week and no troubles.
It is set to "Eventually" but the exact time and place are not present. Last minute changes keep happening. I will enquire and report back here tomorrow 7A.M.
