EDIT: DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!! I left them a 5 star review before their faulty overhead garage door came down on top of my vehicle ripping off my antenna and doing $3000 worth of damage. Now they refuse to provide me with their insurance information, and will not compensate me for damages, even after the property manager viewed the security footage of the incident and agreed I was not at fault. Corporate is no help. Customer service transfers me in a circle or hangs up on me when I explain the situation. The incident happened a week ago and I am actually having to take them to small claims court to get this resolved. This place is a joke!! See my original review below: Very secure and clean premises, friendly staff. Temperature controlled. Highly recommend AGAIN: 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Revising this google review as prior review was for Box Self Storage that does not compare to iStorage who has taken over the business in December 2021. The cleanliness, customer service or lack of it is completely different which is why the one star. Additionally, it appears to be ok to allow customers to hang out/live all day in their cars and storage unit who prey upon others coming in to go to their storage unit. Very disappointed and wished there were other options like Box Self Storage.

This is the absolute best storage unit I've ever had. It's inside, easy to get to since I can also pull my car inside, well lit inside and out, completely dry, temp controlled, dehumidifiers running 24/7, and the staff is great too! It's well worth the cost to know that my things are safe. Thank you.

Quincy & Cam were phenomenal. They offered a discount for the first two months & a free uhaul for the day. Makes moving so much easier!
