I have used Dunn Tire for over 20 years for all my tire needs. Unfortunately on my last visit the customer service was subpar. I was the only one in line while two customer service reps were working on their computers and never acknowledged me . I almost walked right out of there but I was pressed for time. When my car was done they never came and got me I walked up to the counter and stated well it appears my car is done and that’s when I got my keys . Upon inspecting my vehicle before leaving 2 lug nut caps were barely on and I would have lost them on the road if I didn’t check them . As soon as I got home not trusting the job I got my hands dirty because I didn’t trust the lug nuts were properly torqued and of course the ones with the security locks weren’t. First time in 20 some years I may look somewhere else for tire services.

I was a walk in with a tire leak. I was 3rd in line and was addressed promptly. My tire was checked in the lot and a nail was found and shown to me immediately. I was advised if, no safety issues they could repair and cost was provided. I was told approx 1 hour! They got it done in in 30 min. Very pleased! I will be in for my lug nut check a great safety policy! Thanks, very happy!
