I had an appointment today at 9:40 as they were about to take me in the tech states there is no script on file but they have an authorization from insurance provider to do mri. If they had no script on file why wouldn’t they call prior days to request a script from me or doctors office why wait for an injured patient to come into the office to deny them. And when asked if the time can be changed to see if I can get a script from home or patient portal told the tech dose not have time. It was completely unprofessional
