This place caught my eye as I drove by so I stopped in for a quick bite. The main area was pretty full (it's huge - I visited on a Sunday afternoon) but the bar area was empty so I grabbed a booth in that section. The bartender greeted me quickly, took my drink order, then promptly forgot I was there for a long time. I finally waved someone down and, from there, things greatly improved. The only thing that irritated me was when I grinned and said, "Hey, it's been 20 minutes; I think you forgot about me," the bartender replied with a blank face, "What can I get you?" Excuse me, bartender, I was being nice; I totally watched you watching TV over there. Own it, acknowledge it, and let's move on. I ordered a cup of black bean soup and the honey butter fried chicken sandwich with fresh fruit and mango sorbet for my side. I was *really* happy with my choices! The soup was thick and full of flavor and the sandwich was just right - crisp, delicious, neither greasy nor dry, and with delicious spicy pickles. Normally, I'd just have the typical side of fries with my sandwich but the fresh fruit (pineapple plus a couple of purple grapes) with mango sorbet was the perfect choice! The grapes were unnecessary, though. But pineapple and mango? that's a winning combination! My total bill, including tip was in the mid $20s - about what you'd expect. Other than

We went there yesterday 6/9 for a double birthday celebration and we had a blast. Attentive staff, live music, amazing food and drinks. Our waiter was the best. it was our first time there. My sister and boyfriend were happy and I am happier for having chosen this restaurant.

AMAZING. Bahama Breeze of Schaumburg is a wonderful place to dine. The food is superb, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere ties it all together. I cannot recommend the Jerk Shrimp Pineapple Bowl enough, it is so great! Our server, Christian, was very welcoming and respectful. Well worth it, going back soon.

Nice environment, good food, service was decent. The drinks are strong 😉 and they do offer very good non-alcoholic drink options also. Only concerns were being seated at a table that was wiped down but still had someone else's rice left behind 😕 and there were a lot of dusty areas
