Horrible experience. They charged me for 2 vaccines I did not get, and do not pick up the phone to reverse charges. I’ve been holding for more than 25 minutes so I can get my shot at another pharmacy, this cvs needs to reverse the billing to my insurance. Totally frustrating.

This is a very convenient store in a busy intersection that is always well stocked, always clean, and run by staff who are super friendly. I walked through each and every aisle and quickly noticed that there were helpful signs posted and the shelves were full with a wide variety of everyday items. I only wish they would designate at least one of their four automatic checkout counters to accept cash like their other store in Union Square does. This is because it’s usually very busy at this location and not everyone pays with a credit card and many a time I have noticed at least two checkout counters vacant but five customers waiting in line to pay cash, because the vacant checkout counters only accept credit/debit cards. Hopefully they will fix this. Otherwise this is an excellent place to shop. This is also a pet friendly store
