Hotel room was clean and absolutely wonderful, customer service was top notch, Alex answered all questions and treated us like royalty. The breakfast could include something more to drink besides coffee and water but we will definitely stay here again, we loved it. Highly recommend it.

The room was extravagant and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The steakhouse was excellent and Emma our server was very sweet and accommodating. She delivered our dessert to our room after dinner

Loved our trip out! Drinks at Merrill & Houston, dinner at Truk'd and lunch at Bagels & More. The location was perfect! Our room was divine - king size bed, walk in shower, sofa with table to meet with friends. The guest service ladies were helpful and friendly. Dogs are allowed so we met Enzo. Breakfast was what I needed and the coffee bar was more that efficient. Love this place!

Absolutely loved this place. Beds are thick and comfy. The pillows are like oversized marshmallows. Couldn't ask for a better place to lay my head down at night. The wood and metal decor fit my style nice. The bathroom amenities were top quality. This place was a bit pricier then I'm used to paying, but I felt it was worth it.
