HORRIBLE customer service. I had problems with them almost a year ago, yesterday decided to give them another shot. Needed an employee to look up some info and the only one I saw was chatting with a customer. Saw another one believe his name is Art, he looked at us and quickly ducked down an aisle and disappeared. Never did find anyone. Go to checkout there is one cashier and she is monitoring the self checkout and trying to get someone to come and do an override. Waited at least 10 minutes to checkout, finally gave up and went back to home Depot. Used to love Lowe's but they are complete garbage in the customer service department now. 2022 cashier still had an attitude lol

Update: I called the customer service office, the person on the phone was very nice, but said there was nothing she could do. So she directed me to the storm door company, Larson, and they don’t have anyone available to speak with on the phone or over chat and I have attempted multiple times. I spoke with my installer and he thinks Lowes tampered with my product in the beginning. I will be going back to return the door after it’s been uninstalled. Recently purchased a storm door with a handle, waited for 40 minutes for them to find my door when it was “ready for pick up.” The package was damaged and the cardboard was torn open. Thankfully everything was okay. Today I had the door installed, and there was no handle. I call to get it sent to me and they give me the classic run around. I’ve never been to a place with such bad customer service and sass from the employees when I’m trying to explain a simple situation. Not to mention people being very aggressive about political views behind the counter. I don’t care what you think about the country, give me my door and handle. I will be going online to see if I can find someone that can help. Likely will never come here again.
