Wendy is incredible. She has great customer service skills and so does the new hire at the deli he is a older gentleman, tall and made my dad an incredible sandwich. My dad said his sandwich was better then most of the girls there. However if I can give this place a zero I would most certainly would but because there are a few good employees I have it a one. Management need to show more support and create rapport with all employees old or new. During my last few visits I have witness management shout at employees and show very little support as team leaders. Customer service is lacking at this location. For myself coming from a background of director of operations the one thing in this business I’ve learned is that employees don’t leave companies, they leave managers.
