Our bathroom sink was dirty, the shampoo and conditioner were left from the people before us. With Covid they need to replace those after every stay. The bed had a dip in the middle, the pillows were flat. No sleep for us! We paid over 230.00, you think it would have been a little nicer.

First, we got here and the room did not have a couch like it showed so we had to upgrade to a bigger room for a larger price(not a big deal). What was the big deal was that our room was not cleaned properly, (I used to housekeep so I know what a room should look like when it is cleaned) there was hairs in the sink, shower, and on the counters. Not to mention the hairs that were not mine, on my pillows and on my bed, there was also an extra sheet on just one of the beds, this makes me infer that the bedding was not changed after the last guest.

The hot tub and pool area was very nice, although the exhaust fan was extremely annoying. I understand keeping the air moving and the fact that it requires a certain amount of volume, but a slower yet larger fan would be nice and would accomplish this task. The room was average. The outside of the building needed maintenance with siding missing. There was a skid delivery on the front porch that was there for 4 days. Honestly my biggest complaint was the breakfast. It was an absolute joke. One day we had sour milk, by day 2 we went to the store and just bought our own. There was no hot food of any type, although the waffle machine was visible. Not sure why this is other than a "Pandemic" left over that saved them time and money. The coffee was more like tea. We went down the street to Caribou every morning. All in all, would not recommend this hotel. I am a frequent traveler and unfortunately have to give this particular site a 2 star. Will be back next year and plan to stay at different location.

Positives: Great housekeeping. My room was really clean I appreciate that. Pool was nice and I enjoyed the hot tub seemed clean and we'll taken care of. Negatives: Right when I arrive there was dog poo in the parking lot near where I got out. This is mostly to to irresponsible pet owners. But it was still there when I left in the morning. - Breakfast. It's still the cold breakfast with a sign that says due to covid when you check in. I'm assuming this Country inn might not ever have it again. I stay in this chain offen and most to all are back to normal. So even with a couple things that went wrong with my stay I do recommend this place due to the housekeeping and pool area being nice.
