This company is currently being sued by the Washington State attorney general's office for improperly storing tests, collecting insurance information, and operating without a license in some locations.

Staff was polite and helpful Still waiting on my results though been a good week and a half. Yall might as well just skip testing and stay in quarantine.

You won't get your results till a week later, not 2 or 3 business days as stated. By the time you get your results it will be useless. Wait time is very long, which is understandable due to short staffing, and the staff itself was very kind but uninformative and kind of awkward.

They were a branch of the "Center for COVID Control". That company is currently under investigation in multiple states for deceptive trade practices. Lab is also shut down.

Does anyone know if they have new supplies? They don't answer the phone and the msg is old.

They had supplies when I went 1/6, however it’s been 48 hours and still no results.

To the best of my knowledge the rapid test looks for and the absence of antigens so yes. I believe at this particular location they were out and only had PCR tests.
