Sprinkles used to be so good. Their cupcakes would be fresh and the staff was so welcoming. Now days the cupcakes are dry, sometimes stale and you don’t feel welcomed at the store. For $4.95 they should make at least a fresh cupcake.

Someone recommended us to try sprinkles and let me say I’m very disappointed it’s not worth the money at all. We ordered the 4 pack and it was a waste all them tasted blah like very blah. The strawberry didn’t even taste like anything it was horrible. I would never recommended anyone going here. Wasn’t worth it at all. Also very dry

For the high price tag of these cupcakes, I expect to take one bite and be transported to another dimension because they better be that delicious. However, Sprinkles cupcakes was not the case. Not even a little bit. Instead, the cupcake was dry and grainy, similar to a corn muffin. And the icing tastes like it's one molecule away from being plastic. Shop Rite has better cupcakes for a fraction of the price.
