Dagoverto Zavala is the best lawyer. I recommend lawyer Zavala. He is very competent.

Attorney Zavala did an incredible job with my case, and his team is very comprehensive and professional. I will come back again if necessary in other cases.

My brother was assisted in his consultation about a citizenship process by our mother who was born a citizen. In addition to giving my brother tons of information about what was being done wrong by the attorney we hired, he also took the time to print a letter for my brother's criminal attorney pledging to answer any questions they have about his immigration status. A month later my brother's case was finished and he received his passport. Had it not been for that letter that the lawyer Zavala gave us without charging us, my brother would not have been able to continue and possibly he would have been deported. Lawyer Zavala has ethics, professionalism, and above all humanity. Thank you Zavala Law!!!

It depends on the type of 10-year punishment, there are some that are forgivable and others that are not. What is forgivable requires a US resident spouse or parent to ask for a pardon and show extreme hardship. The other requires that you stay outside the US for 10 years. To give you some great advice, please call us at 512-443-4788 to schedule an appointment. Thanks.
I don't understand the question very well, you must pay $ 800 of taxes to the IRS, you have another debt, fines etc. To give you good advice please call 512-443-4788. Thank you.
