I'd give a -20 if it was possible.Horrible staff, unclean rooms, and a really bad and strict curfew. The pool area closes at 10 and they yell at u if u sit for a minute. This place is definitely not worth the price.

Tried to ask housekeeping for something. After a few minutes she responded "no english" so we didnt get anything. Family reunion here and a whole baseball team but we got kicked out of pool at 10pm even though everyone was outside. We all moved to the parking lot and was told we couldnt do that either. Got kicked out of conference room and locked the bathrooms in the lobby. But told us to hang out in the lobby. Yeah all 40 of us. Then when we tried to go in all our room keys were deactivated so we couldnt get in the hotel or our rooms. Upon arrival one of our rooms wasnt even ready no beds made so we had to be moved to a new room. 3 of our family members rooms were full of ants. Would not recommend at all.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay the staff was the staff was tremendously friendly and very professional The breakfast was fantastic and very filling I will stay there again

Overly Simple

Would love to give a better review. Rooms clean comfortable beds friendly staff. But it’s completely unacceptable to have ice coated sidewalks, that haven’t been treated at all, outside the door of the handicapped rooms. The HC parking is a solid sheet of ice. Most of the snow in the area is completely gone just a few small patches here and there and they can’t take 5 min to salt by the door.
