I expected to be disappointed because I have found customer service since covid to be non-existent. Employees were so pleasant and helpful. Thank GOD some Employees know that you shouldn't get paid just to show up!

Pro desk is very slow..
Not enough people working checkout..can be there for 15-20 min plus to check out
Do your research before going. Alot of the employees dont have a clue about the construction industry or of the tools required for certain jobs. I was there yesterday and asked where the drywall rasps were at and the guy said he was a contractor for 30 years and never heard of such a tool. 😂😂
