The whole staff has been so great however the scheduling needs alot of work. I've had 2 appointments on date cards and got txted to confirm then show up to have them have to fit me in... that's not cool with me but they make excuses and do fit me in but yes scheduling needs to be much better if you want to keep customers . I feel as though since I've paid for everything in advance I'm not as important.

All of the women there were extremely nice and easy to talk to. They were very helpful in explaining everything to me and made sure I felt like I could ask questions if I didn't understand anything.

The entire team at this location have been extremely helpful and very friendly! Me and my husband were so nervous about this appointment, knowing a lot of work would need to be done. They helped put our minds at ease and set up a treatment plan. Very caring team! Thank you aspen dental of Hickory!

Waited almost 2 months for a consultation on a new set of dentures, was told on the phone it would be a consultation first and then if I’m comfortable and aspen can meet my needs we would start a treatment plan for a new set , as soon as I walked in I was not greeted, and I sat down , saw the front desk lady was done with whatever she was doing , went back up to desk still not greeted so I said I’m here for an appointment/ consultation, she said ok fill out this I pad , I’ll get copies of your ID & insurance. Sat down was called back quickly , very nice lady , she walked me toward X-rays and said we will get X-rays first , i was like of what ?? No teeth ??? I’m here for a consultation first , she stated that was the dentist policy , I said that’s not what I was told and I’m here for a consultation for new dentures she stated again that’s policy , so I said ok have a nice day , walk to the front told the front desk lady to cancel my appointment. Very disappointed, not clear communication, i don’t need X-rays for a consultation, no teeth to X-ray , I’m glad I left and didn’t put myself through another bad experience, Aspen lost a insurance covered and cash paying customer , all I wanted was new dentures . Consultations do not require X-rays
