I ordered a replacement fan motor three weeks ago and have yet to even receive an order confirmation e-mail. I sent them an e-mail but it's been ignored. I have called close to a dozen times and they don't answer the phone.

Yes it can.
You have a Phase 1 stove if it is 1990, so the catalyst are 2". It does require a damper housing if you don't have it.

You can purchase a replacement damper assembly for it. You can order direct from www.appalachianstove.com or come by and purchase it in person.
