Great wellness center. The only drawback is that the hours are limited, so working long days can make it challenging, and being closed on Sundays is not helpful.

Silver Sneakers is a Medicare program that gives access to some gyms and classes for the elderly/disabled/anyone else on social security. Golden sneakers are fancy shoes.

With golden sneakers it is free.
Have lots of classes for different levels and everyone is very nice
