The Hardee's on 18, That location from my experience was very good! They've came a long way baby!!

Waited 5 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Sad part is we were the only ones in the place. 2 women saw us . One stared at me as she prepped some chicken. Another walked by with a tea contraption and spoke not one word. I guess the locals know to steer clear as it was 6:30 in the evening. No customers in the parking lot and we waited 5 minutes with not even a hello. What is more important than customers in the lobby? I work in car sales . Our rule is more than 1 minute without acknowledgement is too long. Hardee’s makes a great burger, better than any fast food chain but the product does not matter if the customers are not valued. We went to McDonald’s . Sub par burger but the service, speed and efficiency blows Hardee’s away. If Hardee’s could be efficient they would never lose out to a generic McDonald’s.
