What caught our eye was the pool and the website that claimed that they were doing overall renovations. Well not sure how far they got on the renovations but I was not impressed except for the pool. It basically is a old motel that has been closed in with the pool in the center. Great concept but poor execution. Pool again was great but still very dirty seeing the oil build up on the walls of the pool. Gross. When we arrived into our room it looked like someone was sitting on the beds already, floors were very much so disgusting, don’t care so much of the size of the bathroom shower area but I do care about cleaniness and the shower still had hair on the wall and the room itself not good. I didn’t even want to sit my stuff on the floor. The AC dumps into the main area where the pool is located and enclosed heat combined with pool moisture not a good combination. The only thing that was nice was the staff. I could keep going but I think you get my point. I will not be back and definitely not worth the money.

Pros: the pool was nice, clean and the kids loved it. The tavern in the building had great food, great mixed drinks and good service. The room was clean. Cons: this place is very old and in need of serious updating, so it has that old place kind of smell to it. The beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Some of the sheets had what looked like dryer burn stains on them. One our tvs just simply would not work. Barely any water pressure for the shower. It would randomly get super hot too. Overall, the stay wasn’t bad but it wasn’t stellar either. Kids enjoyed themselves.

The only nice thing during our stay was the water slide and indoor pool. Our room was dirty, the carpets in all of the hotel were stained, we had a cockroach in our room, breakfast options were sparse at best. The ceiling in our bathroom had painted over water damage. Our duvet had dried blood on it so it obviously had not been washed. If you are going to stay, this is a $59/night room at best for a clean room.

I booked this hotel before reading the reviews and After reading them i was terrified of what i might walk into. However maybe i was one of the lucky few who received a clean and bug free room. The indoor pool and 3 hot tubs were great, however there are no pool towels available and the family i was up visiting was unable to enjoy it with me (No visitors allowed). The gift shop was closed.. And there was only a "grab n go" breakfast available. They do not offer smoking room or have a smoking area... The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall this wasn't a bad stay
