Customer service does not yet worse. Two people told me my phone couldn't be fixed. Then a manager came and fixed it in 20 seconds. Then I couldn't return a phone that had become defective after a Verizon update. They also couldn't send the replacement to my address. They had to send it to Massachusetts, to have it sent to me, to have to pay off a 36 month plan for a defective phone, to then try to sell it for less than I paid. They were rude, unhelpful, and belligerent. I had to ask the manager to please stop raising his voice at me. Seeing your reply, Verizon, I would appreciate the opportunity to talk with someone whom I wouldn't normally talk with if I were to call into customer support. The reason I say that is that I tried calling in, but they said I had to go into a store, that there was nothing they could do. Of course, when I went into the store, they told me I had to call in to customer service. If you can connect me with someone who can actually help, I would gladly speak with them. UPDATE: Verizon, you said you want to fix this. If you really do, don't make me pay off a 36 month plan to sell a refurbished version of the phone you made defective. Take it back and release me from the contract. Otherwise, my family and I are all moving to literally any other phone service provider. You need to understand there are consequences to treating customers this way.

Carlos recently helped me troubleshoot a new iPhone setup. For a high volume location this store has an excellent team and good atmospheres (other reviews that are negative are way off) - every single one of the reps that I’ve ever dealt with there has been a consummate professional and immensely knowledgeable of their business. Big time credit to Carlos who is a huge asset and is a absolute pleasure to work with every time.

I went to this Verizon store to change from ATT and get a new iPhone. The in-store associate lied to me multiple times in order to make sure I spent as much money as possible. Was told I would get $800 credit for my phone (only got $400) and a basically free Apple Watch (the discount didn’t even take off half the price). I returned to the store a week later and a second different associate confirmed the watch would be “basically free” when he ordered it to me. They also added a $17 protection plan after I told them multiple times that I didn’t want one. These 3 lies resulted in my bill being almost $50 more each month than expected. I was going to buy a phone and switch to Verizon regardless. Please don’t lie to customers just to make a sale.. it’s pathetic.

Sorry but the store there is a cellular only store. You could only pay your Fios cable or internet bill there.

Just transfer your sim card from your Samsung phone to iPhone..it will work fine as both phone were used with Verizon sim card in past.
No. The closest location for Fios equipment is 219 Lefante Way, Bayonne NJ. (Can take the light rail there). Additionally there are locations in NYC.
