I like this Rite Aid a lot. Clean, more organized than the CVS. I have always bought lots of non-pharmacy items mainly because of my (former) 20% discount. However, Pharmacist Lou and his team are the BEST. I stopped buying from the CVS on E. Uwchlan Ave in Exton. I have numerous heath issues and take lots of prescription meds along with supplements! CVS's PHARMACY customer service personnel, including the numerous Pharmacists, have proven to be IGNORANT, RUDE LACK KNOWLEDGE and rarely return phone calls. And CVS's Android app is the WORST app I use, and I'm retired and on my mobile phone 18 hours a day! So beginning in January 2022, I began moving all of my MANY presentations AND supplements to the Rite Aid on Eagleview Blvd in Exton. Again kudos to Lou and and team. And yes, of course I reported the 'ignorant' CVS on E. Uwchlan Ave in Exton to CVS's Corporate Offices. And as is the case with CVS, I have yet to receive a response. I'm pleased with my move away from CVS.

At a time when pharmacies are decreasing hours due to short staffing, this pharmacy flourishes. Pharmacy hours here have been maintained, and that's a big deal. The front end is pristine, and organized. Managers work out on the floor and at the register. The cooperation of teamwork is at this Exton store. They carry a wide range of products, even some of the "old" remedies. Vitamins of one brand or another are constantly on sale, and their own Rite Aid brand conducts standardized USP tests like more expensive names. I highly recommend this store.

This pharmacy has definitely gone down hill they tried charging me 99 dollars for a medicine I always get with 0 co pay! I would be careful sending your medications here don’t do it.

Markasia

Came in today, 4/4 around 9am. There were two workers in the front, a male and female. Neither of them said “hello, good morning” anything. Behind me another customer walks in and the female gives them a friendly “good morning, how are you today?” Very odd. As I’m looking for my item the lady comes in the same aisle as me & acts as though she’s doing something with the shelves. She sees I need help but yet she says nothing. I go to the next aisle looking and here she comes following me as if I’m going to steal something. Guess she didn’t see the 20$ bill in my hand. I walk away and find the item myself and go to the front to pay. Now the gentleman at the front still doesnt even say anything to acknowledge me but rings up my items. I come here often and never had a problem except for today. Extremely rude and will be contacting corporate
