Waitress was chatting more than working, asked for shake first thing and she didn't get it to us until we were done. She didn't seem to want to help us out with questions about specials either. Other stuff as well, first time in my life that I left a small tip. And the pancakes were flat not fluffy whereas I went there two days ago and my son's pancakes were awesome.

Our server/waiter Precious was very friendly, patient, and accommodating for us especially at late night, after dark hours of 1:30-3am for a late family dinner/breakfast meal. Thank you, I missed this place. Only thing is the portions are much smaller than a few years ago at the same/cheaper prices, but to be expected. Glad it wasn't super busy or crowded, but noticeable a lot of younger adults gather here too.

Loved our waiter Andres, very attentive and nice. Avocado was underripe and only put a small piece of bacon on my burger but other than that it was a good experience.

If the location is run by the corporation then the prices are usually the same. However if it is owned by a franchisee then their prices may vary. But if you added an additional item that isn't listed in the description of your entree there might also be an additional charge too. Always ask your server if there is a discrepancy on your bill before you pay so there is no confusion over the total price due.
It is only outside dining once again. Unfortunately you would be sitting there freezing because they didn't invest in heaters. Dicicco's on shaw and west did.
