A self pay routine exam is $126.75. That amount reflects a self pay discount for the day of service. If you want to do a contact exam in addition to that it can range anywhere from $50 to $1000 (depending on if you wear a specialty lens). The contact lens pricing is in addition to the exam itself. If you are going to file your insurnace, we can't give the cost until we verify benefits, as all insurances vary in coverage.
