Terrible!!! What a shame of a laboratory, the waiting times are infinite, the customer service is crap, the person who greets you at the reception is rude and insensitive... to say the least, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. Find a dignified place. I was there to have medical tests, when the very rude lady arrives she tells me that she does not have chairs to wait for me to go to the first floor, that is to say to wait on the street that she calls me, when they do not even take your name to have you on the list wait... what a horrible place. They have no CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horrendous staff. Asked her if she can tell me if they do a certain test she said she won't be able to look it up without the actual paper the the test was typed on. Said she needed a requisition number which there was none. Told me to fax the test order. Who the heck has faxes at home!
