You must try thier hot dogs so so good the skin is crispy and the meat is jucy and thier burgers taste like steak, I strongly recommend Steak and shake.

TERRIBLE ! Took over 25 minutes in drive thru to get my to go order of French fries even though no customers were inside . They are beyond slow I literally watched them take 25 minutes to.take payment for the car in front of me . UNACCEPTABLE !

It is not busy still seating people but the service sucks and the staff is run to death doing other things and not waiting on customers. The food has gotten almost as bad as the service. They need a manager and extra wait staff. This is crazy rediciculous. This is in Mooresville, NC
