ZERO star for the service. Three stars for the food. The guy is quite rude, impolite, and impatient, very bad service. We are told to wait for ten minutes but he made us wait for over half an hour, when we asked how long does it take to finish our orders, he yelled at us “when it’s done I will call you”. For the rice noodles, it is too oily and burnt for some parts.

I make a weekly trip here to get bubble tea and it is so worth it! I’ve had bubble tea from many places, but this is hands down the best place to get it from. There’s a lot of variety and the people who work here are always so nice!

The food serving is so SLOW. I wait for 20 min just for a simple fired rice and they don't care whether I'm in a hurry.
