Base price for the basic package is $50,000 annually from what I've come to understand. But I'm just the lifeguard. I'd set up a tour with the consultants here if you're seriously interested.
you need a cliffs membership or be with one as a guest. you can get a cliffs membership but are extremely expensive and wouldn't warrant for access to the beach club alone
You can come only if you are a member or a guest of a member. There is likely a charge of about $10/guest.
