After driving 10 hrs and stopping at a hotel before this finding it DISGUSTING, we chose to pay the additional amount to stay at the marriott - WORTH EVERY PENNY. We reserved a room on the drive & we were able to get a room. The hotel is so clean, staff are so nice and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Very bad experience as the iron stained my pants as I was unpacking. I informed the front desk and they were not helpful at all. Contacted Marriott directly which in turn they moved me to another location. Later to find out the owner completely fabricated a whole lie saying i threatened the front desk girl when if fact I informed her I was not pleased with their response and would contact HQ. Then she charged my card even though I didn't stay there overnight but for only an hour or so and refused to help. Very unprofessional and has NO INTEGRITY! Will not be back at this location. Stay away from their lies and unprofessional management

Understaffed and underprepared for guests. First, there were NO LUGGAGE CARTS available. My partner and I are traveling with a baby, so we have A LOT of stuff with us. Took 3 trips back and forth to the room from the lobby to get everything in the room. Second, I had requested a pack-and-play ahead of time. Was told, “I searched every storage closet, but there aren’t any pack-and-plays.” Then why not say that ahead of time? And finally, the pool was closed. No sign. No explanation. No warning on the website. I don’t trust the Fairfield brand anymore. This is NOT Marriott service. And I know because I used to work in a Marriot Hotel.

Beautiful place to stay! Very Clean. Great bed so comfortable! All the employees were super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again!
