Very clean, breakfast was great! When checking out the lady was in the back and there was 3 of us wanting to turn in keys. We could hear her on a personal call. We had to yell for her to come wait on us. After she came out she waited on one person and got another personal call!! I had 2 kids waiting for me in the car and I couldn't wait any longer! I told her she needed to check me out and take her personal calls later! Also, there were no towels in the pool area and 2 kids there that were not supervised by an adult!

Room was very clean except for the shower had some issues with the tile repair and they glued with a black glue that squeezed out and left what looked like mold in the tiles. I know it wasn't but just wasn't appealing to look at. The shower dripped,but good pressure. The room heater was quiet,if u leave the fan on low. The king bed was very comfortable.

We stayed here for 1.5 weeks and then left for the weekend and returned the following week and stayed for 5 more days due to a job. The staff are friendly and if you can’t find a GM, they are typically outside smoking or in the back in their office; so holler if they aren’t there. The rooms itself were okay. Housekeeping seems to only clean what people mostly touch; so a lot of other areas were still very dusty. The showers weren’t entirely cleaned due to there being hair left on the floor of the tub. And our toilet paper holder ended up ripping itself out of the wall unexpectedly. Our bed sheets and bed cover kept coming off the bed so we had to keep putting it back on; but that is where we saw the stain on the mattress; which was quite disgusting. The carpet in the rooms are stained. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers aren’t always filled up after each guest’s stay; so just bring yours if you don’t want to bother with that. The noise of the doors closing in the hallway didn’t bother us. The pool was open when we were there. And breakfast is decent.

Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast buffet with a few gluten free options (oatmeal and eggs). Good coffee and typical beverage options. Staff were friendly. Room was as clean as could be expected. The pool was closed for remodeling. My only complaint, and a tip, would be that coming from the direction of the I-75 expressway, the HIE sign for the left turn into the hotel was hard to spot. It's a low sign and is placed further back off the road, as is the hotel itself. There are several turns that are close together with no connection between lots. Look for the Super 8 sign and turn immediately before that sign.
