All the good reviews are fake. They will leave you with broken panels yet harassed us so much to get the sale. Bad service and unprofessional. Use another company

Sonja, our salesperson, was professional and did not pressure us at all. I look forward to having our panels installed over the coming months.

I had solar installed. At first I backed out and changed my mind. The sales guy put so much pressure on me after I told him no multiple times and refused to take no for an answer. (Of course he works on commission) they refused to answer any of my questions during the process and when asked how the installation went and I gave them the feedback about not getting my questions answered they said "thanks" and hung up. They salesman said I would pay a "service fee" of $15 to my utility company and run on solar. I am still paying $250 to my utility company every month in addition to the solar bill. The utility company said they buy my solar and give me a $25 credit. When I call, they tell me someone will call me back and no one ever does.

I was unsure about solar when I started this process. My sales rep Brian Stevenson and his wife (they work together) have been excellent to work with! They are both knowledgeable and responsive, but not pushy. What really pleasantly surprised me about my experience with Ion was how professional and responsive all the representatives have been. The sales team, the pre-install back office team, and installation and electrician teams have all been upfront, polite, and on time to all appointments. Also, they were very flexible when I had to call to reschedule an appointment. They navigated the process with the electric company and my strict HOA for me to make all the coordination transparent and seamless. If you’re even considering solar I recommend them since there is a generous no cost to you policy up until installation so you have time to research and think about it once you get deeper into the process since everyone’s case might be a little different based on your sunlight exposure, utility and HOA. Also they have a great all in one App which helps you follow the installation progress and gives you great information about how your system is functioning.

Questions & Answers

Are you sending representatives door to door? Are you connected to Black Hills Energy?

They were sending representatives around door to door in Pueblo West about a year ago so I would assume they still are, but not sure. I don't believe that Ion Solar is associated in anyway to Black Hills Energy, however, they do tie into their grid as they did at my house. They managed the request to have Black Hills install the new electric meter at the house to begin crediting my solar energy production to my electric bill.

Did you have a representative in our area in southwest pu3blo, Colorado this afternoon?
