I was calling for 20 minutes with no answer. Drive down to place my order 20 minutes before close and the grill is "shut down for the night". Asked why they didn't answer the phone and the cook responded because they were busy. Waitress was out back smoking and never bothered waking in. Inside looks spotless like they hadn't had costumers in over an hour. And then telling someone to place their order online in scenario would have just lead me to losing money and not getting food, since the location was still open when I called and arrived yet the "kitchen was closed"

Easy parking. Very clean inside. Food promptly delivered and hot. Server experienced. Bathroom clean. Two large breakfasts and 2 drinks, less than $20. Tip well! Recommended.

I love this place, They are next to Quility Inn. The best Grill Eatery in Big Stone Gap, VA. 👍👍 Evey time I went in the food was Great.. I ordered the BLT sandwich combo, with bake potato, 5 🌟.. They have a big variety of combos. Serveing, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The crew is very friendly. Big shout out to EVERY ONE !
