We have lived in the area for many years and found it very difficult to find a veterinarian who could solve our beloved pet's issues, whatever they be. Instead, most vets would conclude at the end of a visit that we should just go to Red Bank Vet Hospital. That is until we met Dr. Sopronyi at Little Silver Animal Hospital. Two of our cats had long term health issues that other vet's threw their hands up over and couldn't solve or help. One of our cats suffered with an eye issue for almost two years. We were managing his struggle, but not overcoming it. Dr. Sopronyi solved it and after two years of having to put drops in our cat's eye multiple times a day, every day, he is 100% healed, and his quality of life has returned. Dr. Sopronyi did the same for another one of our cats, that we feared was dying. Today, because of this great doctor, he is back to his sweet, energetic, kitten-like personality. We highly recommend LSAH and Dr. Sopronyi, a veterinarian who doesn't pass you on and over to another hospital, but uses his skills, experience and knowledge to solve your pet's needs and save them and their quality of life!

I have never felt so safe at a vet as i did with this place. From the front desk to the doctors everyone was so helpful when i was in a crisis with both my dogs being sick. I’m so happy to find this place close to my house. Thank you!

Was charged $770 for x-rays for a single leg injury...was told it was because of multiple views (7) being taken...i was never told before hand how much or how many views they might need or want to take, I never would have agreed to any of that. I had also never paid for than 350 for an x-ray even for an emergency visit anywhere. Got completely taken advantage of. Been taking 2 of my dogs here for about 2 years. Head vet seemed to care about my comments about this visit but still never offered a refund of any kind. Told me I was right and his vet was wrong but still got no recourse. Always confirm what you will be paying for before they leave the room with your animal.
