Positive: One of the most beautiful hotels located downtown New Smyrna Beach, FL Easy check in. So convenient to everything NSB offers. Will definitely go back and spend time at The Hampton Inn. Negative: The only disappointment in the room there is no refridgerator or microwave. Luckily I had my cooler for all my water bottles.

Edit...For the price I paid, it wasn't worth it. No fridge or microwave in the room. I have a diabetic mother that needed to keep her insulin cold. No way to heat up anything either. Also, the chair lift by the pool wasn't working and no staff knew how to work it. So my wheelchair bound mom couldn't get in the pool our entire stay. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because the hotel was nice, location was good, breakfast was good and staff was friendly. For the prices you charge the above shouldn't have been an issue!

This hotel Allows pets on all floors And does not accommodate people very well without pets. The noise level was through the roof both nights of my stay and I didn’t get any sleep. This hotel is not worth the money and I will not be staying there again. The staff was very nice but again the policies are horrendous and I have stayed here before and never had an issue but I will not be going back. There are also children running around and screaming in the middle of the night and loud noises and banging on the walls. There is no sound proofing. If you want to get a good nights sleep and don’t have a pet do not stay here.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn at New Smyrna Beach. The entrance to this hotel is a little hidden, I missed the entrance the first time around but once you know what you're looking for it's not a big deal. Guest services was very friendly when we arrived and informed us to everything the hotel had to offer. This hotel did offer breakfast, coffee all day and the breakfast was surprisingly good, it wasn't just cereal and beagles like most hotels. The reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars was because of the room.(didn't take a picture🙄) I expect something a little more for how pricey the hotel was. It didn't have a mini fridge to keep any drinks, I expect that at the bare minimum. The room was very basic. Don't get me wrong, the beds were comfortable the room was a good size, the A/C got very cold, the room smelled clean. The hotel does have gated parking, that's a plus. What I enjoyed most of this hotel was the location. It's located very close to the beach, you can walk from the hotel, and there's restaurants near by for dining.
