Depending on the conditions and material we can do an onsite cleaning or take it away. We mostly recommend letting us take it to the wearhouse so we can give it the best treatment possible with our special equipment and specialists. Hey Philip, it's recommended to not step on the carpet right after cleaning, since the dust and dirt can stick on a drying carpet. If possible to leave well ventilated and you can step with clean socks after an hour. Ideally, leave 2 to 6 hours depending on the ventilation. Thank you!
Normally depending on the traffic the rug has it is recommended at least 2 times a year. You can check the tag to see what type of cleaning it requires, it can indicate how often as well.
