Very friendly and helpful workers. I'm a guest of a close friend an I've gotten help anytime I needed assistance from any one of the employees. My friend has the membership where he can use any of the facility's an the fee isnt much.

I love it there. It is different. The employees are very amicable and accomodative to any questions and concerns. No judgement. I asked an employee how to do a particular excercise; he was very cool about and instructed me how it to be done. I strongly advise anyine to comr to this gyn

Not liking the policy that you can't use outside equipment. For example: jump ropes weighted vest, ankle weights, etc. But ig besides that can't really complain. Its a casual gym so if you stick out its a no no.
